Ice cream for breakfast --uhh, yes please! Here's what I put in my ice cream bowl this morning, it was delicious, nutritious and I felt like a breakfast badass with each bite.

1 peeled frozen banana
5 frozen strawberries
1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop green protein powder (use any protein powered you like - I love PureGreen Protein by Vibrant Health, or ask me for a recommendation for your taste in the comments)
Dash of cinnamon, cardamon, ginger powder (optional)

Hmm, when this happened 4 years ago I had never even been to France. “No, I responded. What made you ask that?”

I smiled because people thought I was nice, and then I smiled again because that was only half the story.
