Ahhh, Evening Unwind
It’s been a long day, how do we “turn it off” so that are minds are clear and we can enjoy evening followed by restful sleep? After using our brain all day it can be quite the challenge to quiet it down. This class is created to relax your body first, and experience the magic as your mind to begins to calm too.
The session begins at a moderate pace, suitable for all levels of experience and physical ability. As the class continues we will utilize breathing techniques and postures that calm the central nervous system, laying the ground work for a peaceful evening. Feel tension dissolve, replaced with a sense of over all well being as each muscle group releases.
After letting go a bit, the icing on the cake is the guided meditation at the end of each class. Designed to promote the theta frequencies in the brain that promote calm peaceful sleep, this “integration time” continues to benefit long after the class is over.
Float home feeling a sense of inner peace that allows you the rest you deserve.
