Start your day on purpose with this class created to gently wake up your entire body, leaving you stretched and energized all day long. Learn simple breathing techniques to oxygenate and enliven all of your major organs, leaving you feeling healthy and balanced.
While we sleep, our bodies are hard at work repairing any injuries, even those so small we didn’t notice them. For this reason it is important that we start the day with a compassionate practice that increases the blood flow to our healing bodies and so they can thrive all day long.
This is an excellent class for all levels of experience as we can all benefit from a little compassion. It is especially ideal for those new to yoga who think they aren’t “flexible enough” to give it a try. Learn to listen to your body so that you can improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and watch chronic aches and pains subside.
You can also get started right now by following along with the video below. As always listen to your body, and make sure any pose you try feels yummy and comfortable at all times. Pregnant women, and anyone new to this type of physical activity, should consult a doctor before trying any suggested postures. Guided meditations are great for any and all!
